Associates (HFA) also found
that the normal terms for borrowing was 5 years. With
increasing equipment costs, 5 year terms did not always
allow the equipment to maximize its profitability. To
solve this problem, HFA found the
resources
that would offer extended borrowing terms and secure only the
equipment being acquired, without blanket liens.

FIRST to offer borrowing terms up
in excess of 10 years on cranes.
